Each year Saunders Parkway Marina host the annual Smith Mountain Lake Fall Festival. The photo above from the 2007 fall festival shows a classic merry-go-round for the kids along with huge inflatable slides, live music, cotton candy, arts and crafts, face painting, and other assorted games and venders.

If for only one reason to come to the fall festival, it would be the sheer beauty and wide water views that makes Saunders Parkway Marina a real treat just to stretch your legs. A great place to bring the family and enjoy the hot food on location at your favorite picnic table right there, lakeside!
