Moneta's performing arts theater is pictured above. This is but one of the many

In Theater, the Smith Mountain Lake Amphitheater and countless shops,
restaurants and assorted restaaurants.
This is a ten year building
project that is well into its third year with Mayberry Hills already offering
dozens of brand new homes.
The best part is that downtown Moneta is located about five minutes away from
Smith Mountain Lake and only ten minutes to the Smith Mountain Lake State Park.
Additionally there are lots of things to enjoy both locally or within an hour or
so drive from Downtown Moneta.
About thirty minutes to the north
in the famous Blue Ridge Well known for its beautiful vista views and
black bears that wonder the the parkway.
Not
to mention all the mountain waterfalls and restaurants that awaits
the venturous. Half hour further to the north is Natural Bridge
State Park

a look while some of us got out to snap a picture!
